Infinite Monkey Theorem is a fun winery we discovered shortly after we moved to Denver in 2021. We'll have the production room reserved from 7:30pm-10pm to welcome you all to town. There will be some light bites as well as the wine and cider made in house. Feel free to pop in for some or all of the time to kick off the weekend.
